7 Account Suspension & Closure

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Dormant Account Policy: If your bdbd89 account has been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity — for a continuous period of 12 months, the account will be classified as dormant. bdbd89 will make reasonable attempts to contact you at your registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.
8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbd89 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — arising from:

- Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances caused by technical malfunction.

- Your failure to comply with local laws governing online gambling in your jurisdiction.
- Any third-party payment service delays, failures, or charges associated with deposits or withdrawals.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit bdbd89's liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
bdbd89's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
